This is my new favorite spot to get my coffee! The staff truly knows how to make every customer feel special at this location; they are so nice and friendly. Every time I go to the drive-thru, I am ALWAYS greeted with a nice warm welcome as if they've been expecting to see me all day, haha. These guys sure know how to spread their cheerfulness and put a smile on my face. Best of all, they are quick and make the drinks amazingly good! Thanks for always making a bad day great. Keep spreading that positive vibe because you guys are the reason I keep coming back!

Let me start off my review with two notes: 1) This location is very hit or miss and 2) I'm a former Starbucks partner/barista.
I live close and this is the only Starbucks that isn't completely out of the way, so my husband or I come here frequently.
I recently came here on my birthday to redeem my birthday drink and a reward for a pound of coffee. Because I needed my coffee ground, I came in so I didn't hold up the drive thru. The girl at the counter was SUPER friendly and when I told her it was my birthday she got even more bubbly - Love it!
When I received my birthday drink at the other end of the bar, the girl handed me a grande. I told her politely I ordered a venti. She said "Oh, okay well it looks like we rang you up for a grande so can you go to the register to pay the difference?" Wow; In my 2 years at Starbucks that would never have been acceptable. So, I let her know it's my birthday drink and she said nothing more. Rather than remake my drink (venti Starbucks doubleshot on ice), she just added another shot and put it in a venti cup. Nope, nope, nope. That is not how that works either. But, I let it go because 1) it was my birthday drink and 2) I know how that drink is made and I let it go.
My husband and I have had some interesting interactions at the drive thru as well, such as the argumentative-ness. Big no no in customer service, but especially at Starbucks. That's not how you treat a customer. -

Very poor customer service barista even tried to argue ask for a refund and Jessica went to go get the manager and that took 5 minutes to get my refund

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've gone twice, neither time during busy times and both times it has taken 10 minutes to get a simple shaken iced tea lemonade. The first time I went through the drive thru and the second time I went inside and they forgot about my drink. I saw the drive thru clear out, I saw everyone else, including the guy behind me get his drink and then the cashier noticed me still waiting. Neither time did they apologize for it taken so long
It's Starbucks, I won't stop going here but I'm disappointed in the service of this store! -

I had an awesome experience here at 4:30 this morning! The girl that helped us was exceptional. We walked in with an order for breakfast and lunch for a family of four of coffee, food and snacks. Cheerful service at 4:30 AM... I left with a smile and ready to start our road trip!
